Kelvin Busher is a songwriter, composer performer and musician from Ireland. Regarded as one of the finest upright bass players in the music business Kelvin is noted for his energy as a performer coupled with his ability as a musician. This has acquired him a lot of praise and attention both at home and abroad.

 

He has shared stages with both national and international act such as  Kenny Rogers, Shane MacGowan, Jerry Fish, Imelda May and has done session work for  Sharon Shannon, Jack L, The Niall Toner Band and Joe Fury and the Hayride to name but a few.

 

One of his greatest passions is songwriting. His debut album Vintage is a fine example of his abilities as a songwriter. Vintage was recorded in Galway and Dublin and was mastered in Florida by mastering legend Bob Katz.

 

Kelvin is currently working on his second album of original material, release date still to be confirmed.
